Returns are not accepted because it is very costly for this small business as we use print on demand services for apparel and mugs, but please contact me if you have problems with your order here

Q: What are your processing times?

A: Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order (This only applies to apparel and mug orders). 

Sticker, pin and print orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days!

Q: Why are some of my items shipped separately? 

A: Our apparel and mugs are printed on demand and have different manufactures. Prints and stickers are shipped by the artist in Nashville. 

Q: Why don't I have a tracking number for my sticker order?

A: Stickers are shipped standard letter. If you prefer tracking, the option is available at checkout and it is an additional charge. Shipping standard letter keeps shipping costs very low and makes it possible to make shipping free. 

 Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We are currently only shipping to the U.S and Canada at the moment but that may change in the future as we grow! 

Q: What do I do if my order has been marked as delivered but hasn't been received?

A: It is very common for the package to be delivered to the wrong address when this scenario happens. Check with neighbors and house hold members in case the package was picked up with out the recipient aware of it. If it is still missing, check with your local post office.
